To be the lead on OTE’s information sources for all clients by providing best practices, samples, experiences, and logistical support to the client, OTE techs and building reps. All while ensuring deadlines/milestones are met and information is received and/or distributed as required.

The Client Experience Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and acts as a key resource to our clients throughout their event planning process. In this role you will work with the Client Experience team to assist in the organization of Client Experience tasks, involving the communication of best practices, event logistics and other types of support.
Over The Edge relies on the support of volunteers to make each event a success, is seeking to hire Local Volunteer Coordinators (LVCs) to lead the recruitment of local volunteers from each event community. Each LVC will also serve as an Over The Edge Rope Staff for rigging and the event itself.
